I focus on understanding the reality of the situation quickly, aligning stakeholders around what actually matters, and putting clear structure around delivery.

That often means asking difficult questions early, clarifying ownership, and making trade-offs explicit rather than letting them remain implicit.

I’ve spent over 15 years working across digital delivery, web platforms, and complex builds.

My experience spans agencies, in-house teams, and consultancy work, supporting projects involving custom platforms, memberships, payments, and third-party integrations.

Rather than specialising in a single industry, I’ve developed a broad view of how delivery succeeds and how it quietly fails, across different organisational contexts.
