Get in touch
I work with a small number of organisations at a time, usually where delivery feels complex, pressured, or hard to untangle.
An initial conversation is a chance to understand the situation and sense-check whether my support would be useful. There’s no obligation and no expectation to proceed.

What happens after you get in touch
- I’ll read through your message and respond personally
- We’ll arrange a short call if it feels useful
- We’ll talk through the situation, constraints, and what support might look like
- If it’s not a good fit, I’ll say so clearly
Clarity is always the aim, whether we work together or not.
A note on fit
I don’t take on every enquiry. If I don’t think I’m the right person to help, I’ll be upfront about that and, where possible, suggest alternatives.

A few things people often ask
Find answers to common questions before reaching out.
Do you offer free consultations?
I offer an initial conversation to understand the situation and assess whether my support would be useful. There’s no obligation and no expectation to proceed.
What types of organisations do you usually work with?
I typically work with agencies, product teams, and organisations delivering complex web or platform projects. This is often when things feel pressured, unclear, or hard to untangle.
Do you work with small teams or solo founders?
Sometimes, yes — particularly where delivery complexity or technical risk is high. The key factor is the nature of the problem, not the size of the organisation.
What if we’re not sure what support we need yet?
That’s common. The first conversation is often about clarifying the situation and identifying what’s actually needed before any decisions are made.
Do you work remotely?
Yes. I’m UK-based and work remotely with teams across the UK and internationally.
What if we decide not to move forward?
That’s absolutely fine. If it’s not the right fit, I’ll be clear about that. The aim is always clarity, whether we work together or not.
